Waza Speeding
Waza Speeding support can help with account access, consent and privacy requests, location-data deletion, subscription questions, trip review issues, notification settings, model cache support, and responsible-use concerns. For urgent road danger, contact local emergency services first. This support page is drafted for the current United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Mexico launch footprint.
Support Routes
Contact support for registration, sign-in, account-state, unauthorized access, device access, or account deletion support.
Use in-app controls where available, or email support to request access, correction, deletion, location-data deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal.
Contact support for journey detection, missing trips, split trips, GPS quality, sync state, storage windows, or local/cloud trip availability.
Use support for failed processing, unknown speed limits, provider lookup issues, confidence warnings, or questions about on-demand review results.
Paid features on iOS are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription cancellation and refund flows are handled through Apple.
Contact support for required model preparation, local model cache refresh or removal, spoken briefings, generated summaries, and template fallback behaviour.
Waza Speeding support can help with account access, privacy requests, deletion, subscription questions, trip recording, on-demand heat-map analysis, notification settings, on-device narration, and responsible-use concerns. Contact info@nie22.com.
Users can delete account and location data from Settings where available. Account deletion removes account state, consent state, entitlement state, and stored trips from the Waza Speeding service. Location-data deletion removes trip location data while preserving the current subscription tier where needed.
Waza Speeding keeps raw trip traces, coordinates, speed samples, heat-map results, and narration facts private to the user. The product does not publish routes, create public leaderboards, sell personal data, or use app data for advertising tracking. Route samples may be sent to speed-limit or map-matching providers only for a user-requested trip review.
Waza Speeding is retrospective. It is not a live speedometer, navigation system, speed-camera detector, emergency service, enforcement tool, legal defence service, or substitute for road signs and applicable traffic laws. Do not interact with the app while driving.
The app may download public model files into an app-scoped cache so Qwen can generate spoken-brief copy and post-trip summaries on device, and Kokoro can render speech locally. Trip traces and trip analysis facts are not sent to Hugging Face or hosted LLM providers for narration. The model cache can be refreshed or deleted from Settings where available.
The iOS app uses standard Apple platform security, HTTPS/TLS transport, App Store purchase systems, and Keychain-backed local state where applicable. It does not include proprietary cryptography or custom encryption algorithms. The app bundle declares that it does not use non-exempt encryption.
