Terms and Conditions for The Queen of Hearts
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and N.I.E.22 LIMITED, company number 17246955, registered in England and Wales, D-U-N-S Number 234870472, registered office 17 Bailey Road, Banbury, England, OX16 1HW, for use of The Queen of Hearts. By creating an account, signing in, browsing profiles, joining a court, entering a tournament, messaging, using the final room, buying paid features, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at info@nie22.com. These are additional service terms. Your licence to the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to The Queen of Hearts, operated by N.I.E.22 LIMITED. You accept these Terms when you create an account, sign in, browse profiles, join a court, participate in tournaments, use the final room, send messages, submit content, buy paid features, or otherwise use the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for another person or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind them. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and govern the account, content, social discovery, games, purchases, safety systems, and related services provided by N.I.E.22 LIMITED.
2. Eligibility and Adult Use Only
The Queen of Hearts is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding contract, and legally permitted to use adult social discovery services in your location. You must not use the service if you are barred by law, previously banned, required to register as a sex offender, or using the service for exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, harassment, or illegal conduct. We may request age or identity assurance where appropriate and may restrict accounts while reviewing eligibility concerns.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account, profile, device access, and all activity under your credentials. You must provide truthful, current information, use your own identity, keep login methods secure, and promptly update inaccurate information. You must not sell, transfer, share, scrape, automate, or create accounts for others. Sign in with Apple, device security, session tokens, and app permissions are part of your account security. Notify info@nie22.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. The Service and No Outcome Guarantee
The Queen of Hearts provides adult social discovery, profile browsing, generated Royal Courts, recipient-controlled Royal Gifts, tournament gameplay, final rooms, reveal cards, messages, optional real-world planning, notifications, and optional paid features. The service does not guarantee matches, relationships, compatibility, safety, chemistry, acceptance by another user, tournament success, final-room selection, real-world meetings, or any offline outcome. You are responsible for your decisions, communications, meetings, and safety.
An eligible Queen controls which received gifts are pinned in her Royal Gift Gallery and manually chooses where those client-rendered gift objects appear over the generated 360 Gallery background. A successful drop saves the placement so eligible challengers can see the current arrangement. Gallery regeneration, an expired or hidden gift, subscription changes, safety action, or technical maintenance may clear or require the Queen to repeat a placement.
5. Courts, Tournaments, and Final Rooms
Court and tournament features are designed as consensual game-based social interactions. Tournament scores must relate to game performance, not attractiveness, humiliation, or public ranking. Hosts and challengers must respect boundaries and may not pressure, shame, manipulate, or retaliate against users for accepting, declining, winning, losing, blocking, reporting, or leaving. We may change game rules, cancel rounds, correct bugs, remove abusive entries, or preserve final-room outcomes where needed for fairness, safety, or service integrity.
6. User Content and License
You are responsible for profile text, photos, prompts, messages, quiz categories, final-room answers, reveal responses, real-world plans, reports, and other content you submit. You confirm you own or have rights to submit that content and that it does not violate law or anyone else's rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt for formatting, moderate, analyze, and process your content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and enforce the service, subject to privacy law and your settings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, bully, exploit, coerce, impersonate, scam, spam, manipulate scores, cheat, evade blocks, create duplicate accounts, scrape data, distribute malware, solicit money, request sexual content from minors, share non-consensual intimate content, promote hate or discrimination, advertise sexual services, facilitate trafficking, encourage self-harm or violence, share illegal content, or pressure users to move off-platform, meet, send images, send money, or continue contact after refusal.
8. Moderation and Enforcement
We may use automated tools and human review to filter, reject, hide, remove, label, preserve, restrict, or investigate content and accounts. Enforcement may include warnings, feature limits, content removal, tournament cancellation, message restrictions, court removal, account restriction, suspension, permanent ban, report escalation, preservation of evidence, or notification to authorities where appropriate. We are not required to publish every moderation reason where doing so would compromise safety, security, privacy, legal compliance, or abuse-prevention systems.
9. AI and Generated Content
The service uses OpenAI or Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service for Custom Court text and image generation, including later Gallery image updates, only while the required consent remains current. For Gallery imagery, the provider receives the consented Court design prompt and generic composition instructions to generate an empty 360 Gallery background. It does not receive profile fields, identity, location, pinned-gift types or notes, messages, tournament data, or relationship context as part of that Gallery image request, and no gifts are embedded in the background. The completed Gallery background is not sent to an AI provider for vision anchor detection or coordinate analysis. The recipient manually arranges pinned gifts, and saved placements remain first-party service state. Neither Gallery generation nor placement is used for tracking. Quick Quiz generation sends selected category names and generic quiz instructions rather than user identity or profile data. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, repetitive, or unsuitable. You must not rely on AI outputs as legal, medical, financial, safety, or relationship advice. We may reject, regenerate, remove, or limit generated content. You remain responsible for prompts and user content you submit, including avoiding private, unlawful, or sensitive information.
To the extent rights arise in generated content, and subject to applicable law and provider terms, we retain or receive the rights needed to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, transmit, moderate, and remove that output as part of the service, including generated Court and Gallery assets. We permit you to use generated output made available for your account within the service and for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. Generated output may not be unique, and we do not promise that any output is protectable or free from third-party rights.
10. Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid features on iOS, if offered, must be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Gold and Platinum are auto-renewable subscriptions; Super Likes, Royal Gifts, and Bring Back Card credits are separate consumables and are not included unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise. Prices, duration, renewal frequency, cancellation instructions, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Refunds are handled under Apple policies except where applicable law gives you additional rights. Paid features do not guarantee matches, replies, relationships, tournament results, real-world meetings, or responses from other users.
11. Real-World Safety
You are responsible for your online and offline safety. Keep early conversations in the app, do not send money, verify identity before meeting, meet in public, tell someone you trust where you are going, use independent transportation, protect your home and workplace details, and leave if you feel unsafe. Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services first, then to info@nie22.com or through in-app reporting.
12. Privacy and Account Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You may use in-app tools to request an export or delete your account where available. Deletion may not erase all records immediately where retention is required or permitted for safety, legal obligations, chargebacks, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. We may preserve limited records about banned, restricted, or deleted accounts to prevent abuse and protect users.
13. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on Apple, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, image generation providers, messaging or notification providers, operational logging and diagnostics, moderation vendors, and support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select vendors and integrations with the aim of operating the app securely and lawfully.
14. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the service, infringed rights, broke the law, or caused harm. We may change, pause, discontinue, or limit features, game rules, subscriptions, safety systems, or eligibility criteria. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated where required by law.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available in every location. We do not verify every user's identity, background, intentions, or statements. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
16. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to those limits and applicable consumer rights, N.I.E.22 LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or user conduct.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection rules give you mandatory rights in your country or state of residence. You and N.I.E.22 LIMITED agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting info@nie22.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring claims in your local courts. These Terms do not require forced arbitration.
