Safety and Community Guidelines for The Queen of Hearts
The court and tournament mechanics must be playful, respectful, private to the involved users, and based on game participation rather than public objectification. These Safety and Community Guidelines explain the standards every user must follow and how we handle reports, blocks, moderation, and urgent safety concerns.
1. Core Safety Principles
The Queen of Hearts is for adults who choose to participate in game-based social discovery. Treat every person as a person, not a score, prize, object, or entitlement. Consent, dignity, honesty, and safety are mandatory. A match, court invitation, tournament win, final-room answer, message, real-world plan, or paid subscription never creates a right to attention, intimacy, contact, photos, a relationship, or an in-person meeting.
2. Tournament Respect and No Objectification
The court and tournament format must stay private, consensual, and performance-based. Do not use The Queen of Hearts for hot-or-not voting, public rankings, humiliation, body commentary, attractiveness scoring, revenge, exclusion campaigns, or pressure tactics. Hosts may not shame challengers for losing or declining. Challengers may not harass hosts or opponents over selection, scores, invitations, or final-room outcomes.
3. Minors and Age Concerns
The app is 18+ only. Do not create an account, appear in content, message, flirt, join a court, enter a tournament, or arrange a real-world meeting if you are under 18. Do not request, discuss, share, or role-play sexual content involving minors. If someone appears underage, says they are under 18, uses images of a minor, or attempts to involve a minor, report it immediately. We may restrict visibility, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, and escalate where legally required or permitted.
4. Prohibited Content
Do not post, upload, send, request, or promote threats, hate, harassment, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, sextortion, sexual coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, explicit nudity on public surfaces, exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, illegal goods or services, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, malware, spam, scams, financial solicitation, impersonation, misleading identity claims, private information about another person, or content that violates another person's rights.
5. Consent and Sexual Boundaries
Do not pressure anyone for sexual content, photos, contact details, meetings, intimacy, or continued conversation. Do not send sexual messages or images to someone who has not clearly welcomed that interaction. Do not threaten to reveal private information, manipulate someone into responding, or punish someone for rejecting you. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Silence, tournament participation, matching, paid access, or prior interest is not consent.
6. Harassment, Hate, and Threats
Harassment includes repeated unwanted contact, insults, intimidation, sexual pressure, targeted mockery, threats, stalking, ban evasion, block evasion, and attempts to contact a user through other app flows after refusal. Hate includes attacks, slurs, dehumanization, or exclusion based on protected traits such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar characteristics. Threats of physical harm, sexual harm, doxxing, extortion, or self-harm manipulation are not allowed.
7. Scams, Money, and Off-Platform Pressure
Do not ask users for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, investments, banking details, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or emergency funds. Do not use romance scams, fake emergencies, paid companionship offers, affiliate links, phishing, malware, or coercive off-platform migration. Be cautious if someone quickly asks to move to another app, avoids verification, requests money, promises investment returns, or pressures secrecy.
8. Reporting
Use in-app reporting for profiles, photos, messages, court conduct, tournament behavior, final-room content, real-world-plan concerns, suspected underage users, threats, scams, harassment, or other policy violations. Reports may include content identifiers, context, reporter notes, and safety signals. False or malicious reports may lead to enforcement. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report in the app or contact info@nie22.com.
9. Blocking
Blocking is available to help you control contact. Blocking should prevent future discovery, matching, messaging, court interaction, tournament interaction, and final-room contact where technically possible. Blocking is separate from reporting. You can block a person without filing a report, and you can report without blocking if you want moderators to review conduct. Do not attempt to evade a block through another account, another user, or another app flow.
10. Moderation and Enforcement
We may use automated filters, human review, safety queues, rate limits, and account restrictions to enforce these Guidelines. Possible actions include content rejection, content removal, warning, shadow hide pending review, feature limits, court removal, tournament cancellation, final-room restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, preservation of evidence, and escalation to law enforcement or specialist organizations where appropriate. Serious safety restrictions may remain while review is pending.
11. Appeals and Review
If you believe enforcement was wrong, contact info@nie22.com or use any available in-app appeal or support channel. Include your account identifier, the action you are appealing, and any relevant context. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement. We may decline to provide detailed explanations where doing so would expose reporters, reveal safety systems, compromise investigations, or create further risk.
12. Real-World Meeting Safety
Keep early conversations in the app. Do not send money. Verify identity before meeting. Meet first in a public place. Tell someone you trust where you are going. Use your own transportation. Keep your address, workplace, routine, and financial details private. Watch for pressure, secrecy, inconsistent stories, intoxication pressure, boundary testing, or requests to isolate you. Leave if you feel unsafe.
13. Host and Challenger Responsibilities
Hosts should use courts, prompts, and final rooms to create respectful mutual discovery, not to demean, control, rank, or pressure challengers. The Queen controls which eligible gifts are pinned and manually arranges them in her Royal Gift Gallery; challengers may see the saved arrangement, gift type, and any note permitted by the product, but not the sender's identity. Do not use gift notes or Gallery arrangements to harass, shame, threaten, expose private information, or imply that a gift creates an obligation. Challengers should participate honestly, play fairly, and respect host decisions. Everyone must respect refusals, blocks, subscription boundaries, and final-room outcomes. Do not use game results or gifts as proof of personal worth, personal entitlement, or permission for unwanted contact.
14. Emergency and Illegal Content
The Queen of Hearts is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Report illegal or urgent content involving minors, sexual exploitation, threats, stalking, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible self-harm threats, or violence as soon as possible. We may preserve records, restrict accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required or permitted.
